The new Jon M. Huntsman School of Business at Utah State University is composed of two, three-story, brick classroom wings connected with a transparent circulation and collaboration zone. The classroom wings form a central courtyard with the existing George S. Eccles Building. The central, south-facing collaboration zone features a 315-foot-long window wall, providing expansive mountain views and distant views of the Cache Valley.

The mechanical systems of the new, 125,000 square foot building connect to Utah State’s central chilled water and steam distribution system and feature displacement ventilation in the large lecture classrooms, and chilled beams and radiant heating/cooling in the collaboration zone. It was designed in conformance with DFCM’s High Performance Building System.
