We reconfigured and expanded the existing
steam and chilled water central plant serving Library
Square (a two-block area in Salt Lake City that includes
the Library and City and County Building ). The new
central mechanical plant provides 1,200 tons of chilled
water and 20 million Btu's per hour of heating water.
Our design kept source equipment operating and provided
uninterrupted services to buildings connected to the
plant throughout the project.
