Included in our design for this guest resort
is a 500-ton central chilled water plant that also
serves the nearby Skier Services Building . The 11-story
guest resort, located at the base of the Park City
ski area, has 180 guest rooms with kitchenettes, laundry,
restrooms, conference rooms, common areas, offices,
swimming pools, ski storage, and 37,000 ft² of
indoor parking.
