We incorporated an innovative passive smoke
management scheme that saved over $250,000 compared
to conventional systems. The project features an exceptionally
quiet, high efficiency heating and cooling system
that provides exceptional guest comfort, reduced operation
and maintenance costs, and increased reliability.
The 359-room, 12-story hotel has a swimming pool,
restaurant, lounge, conference rooms, health spa,
retail space and a three-level underground parking
garage.
