Design required extensive coordination
with structural and architectural items due to tall
ceiling heights. These two, 4-story office buildings
(180,000 ft² total) serve as the Senate and House
chambers while the Utah State Capitol is renovated.
The systems connect to the existing steam heating
plant and chiller plant, and can connect to a future
central plant.
