The mechanical system we designed consists of a custom air handler on the roof with a small chiller and cooling tower, boiler, and conventional VAV system. This three-story administration building houses a police station, three holding cells and sally port receiving area. Building also has a large courtroom, evidence rooms, administrative offices and city council chambers.
