Our mechanical systems design features
displacement ventilation and radiant heat in the large
central performance space. Domestic hot water is provided
by a series of high efficiency, tankless, on demand,
modular gas-fired hot water heaters to optimize energy
conservation and match the intermittent use of the
facility. This 76,000 ft² community center includes
flexible use multi-purpose rooms, exhibit spaces,
classrooms, dance rehearsal space, arts and crafts
spaces, administrative offices and a commercial kitchen.
