On every project, our goal
is to develop close communications with the owner
to ensure that the mechanical system meets their needs
and their expectations. We utilized that expertise
to design the mechanical systems for this 265,000
ft² office building located in downtown Salt
Lake City . Our design included HVAC, plumbing, storm
water retention, and life safety systems.
