One of the challenges on this project was that all demolition and construction work was phased to allow continued operation of the existing laundry process. The expansion included new HVAC systems, steam boiler and distribution systems, compressed air distribution system, and plumbing systems to support the expansion of the laundry processing area. New processing equipment was also installed.
