The mechanical systems we designed use
state-of-the-art direct/indirect evaporative cooling
with refrigerant cooling to minimize cooling cost
at minimal additional investment. Design for this
120,000 ft² furniture showroom and 37,000 ft²
warehouse also included plumbing, and fire protection.
