The mechanical system for this 100-foot
tall warehouse for alcoholic beverages maintains the
building temperature within four degrees F. from top
to bottom. Using cutting-edge technology, the building
provides optimal performance at lowest operating cost
as well as reduced capital expenditures for the owner.
This project received the 2003 Best Mechanical Design
award by Intermountain Contractor, a McGraw-Hill
publication.
