Project Description

A complete gut, renovation and addition to one of the first buildings on President’s Circle. Originally constructed in the 1920’s, this building had been a library, a natural history museum and is now a world-class science education and research building. Mechanical systems combine chilled beams, direct evaporative cooling and energy recovery to drive energy consumption down while meeting high ventilation demands.
